Any vehicle without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) won't get fuel across the entire Delhi-NCR region from October 1, 2026, the government's Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has announced. However, exceptions may be allowed in special cases like medical emergencies, law-and-order duties, etc. A similar directive was implemented for vehicles in Delhi from April 23.
