Who is Priya Ghanghas, 20-yr-old who won India's 4th boxing gold at CWG 2026?

Twenty-year-old Priya Ghanghas, who won gold in the women's 60kg category at the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2026, began boxing in 2015 at age 11 after her father introduced her to former national champion Ravi Sangwan. Priya trained alongside her elder brother before moving to Haryana's Bhiwani, India's boxing hub, in 2022 to join the SAI Boxing Academy under coach Mahavir.
