TVK to hold meeting with allies amid 'Vijay for PM' push, unclear if Congress invited

TVK will reportedly hold a meeting with its allies on September 9 amid its push to project Tamil Nadu CM Vijay as Opposition's PM face for 2029 and tensions with Congress, which is backing Rahul Gandhi. TVK has reached out to CPI, CPI(M) and MDMK, but it's unclear whether Congress, its largest ally, has been invited. MDMK is backing Gandhi.
