Kolkata stampede SIT flags narrow exit, dim lights at pandal

The SIT probing the October 17 Chor Bagan Durga Puja stampede, which killed 19, has identified a narrow exit point and poorly lit pathway as key factors. A forensic team created a 3D map of the site. The eighth accused, Sanjib Raha, allegedly linked to the panic-triggering announcement, was arrested from Nadia on Thursday.
