Usman Ghani, former district president of the BJP minority morcha, was detained by the Bikaner police in Rajasthan on Saturday for alleged breach of peace and placed under preventive custody, according to officials. Ghani gained attention recently after a video of him criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi statement at a Banswara rally surfaced on social media.
