Pilot arrested after stabbing Indian captain, trying to crash Israel-bound plane

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said the pilot who stabbed his Indian co-pilot Smit Machchhar and allegedly tried to crash a Tel Aviv-bound flydubai plane was arrested after landing in Saudi Arabia. Calling it a "highly severe security incident," Netanyahu said Saudi authorities would interrogate the co-pilot. An Israeli official identified the alleged assailant as an Omani national.
