Some OpenAI, Anthropic staff considering India return: Ex-OpenAI exec

Shyamal Anadkat, a former researcher at OpenAI who returned to India earlier this year to build a stealth venture focused on AI, said Indian-origin employees at OpenAI and Anthropic are considering coming back to the country. "In recent months...[they] have reached out [for this]," he added. India now has the ingredients to build frontier AI, he added.
