Billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla is investing $50 million (around ₹418 crore) to build a new chemical plant in Texas, US, Aditya Birla Group said on Tuesday. The project will involve a "state-of-the-art advanced materials site" spread across 35 acres in Beaumont. Notably, Aditya Birla is the largest Indian investor in US, with over $15 billion in assets in the country.
