Saying 'f**k off' at work 'uncouth', not harassment in absence of sexual intent: High Court

The Punjab and Haryana High Court ruled that saying 'f**k off' at work is "uncouth" but doesn't qualify as sexual harassment in absence of sexual intent. An executive had used the term in a 2018 email to his subordinate, following which she filed an FIR in Gurugram. "No doubt the standards of decorum ought to be maintained," the court said.
