Delhi HC directed MCD to halt demolition of houses belonging to individuals involved in murder of Tarun Kumar in Uttam Nagar, till March 10. It said selective demolition of only one house is "malafide exercise of power." Earlier, MCD had demolished illegal portions of a house linked to one of the accused.
