India and the UAE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic petroleum reserves to help strengthen India's energy security amid the global crisis sparked by the US-Iran war. The countries also signed an agreement on LPG to ensure long-term and stable supplies to India. Moreover, the UAE has committed to investments worth $5 billion in India's infrastructure.
