Inspector General of Police Y Puran Kumar has returned his official car to the Haryana police department after alleging "discriminatory and selective" allotment of official vehicles to IPS officers in the state. He said the vehicle wasn't as per his rank. Kumar added that the vehicle allotted to him is seven years old and not in a very good condition.
