S. Korea rules out troop dispatch in overseas conflicts

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung ruled out any troop deployment that could involve the country in an overseas conflict, while stressing minimal activities to protect nationals and oil routes in the Strait of Hormuz. He also denied seeking reelection via constitutional revision, amid declining approval ratings.
