'Mirzapur: The Movie' makers fined over using 'Shoorveer' song to glorify villains

Delhi High Court has imposed a fine of ₹50,000 on the makers of 'Mirzapur: The Movie' over unauthorised use of 'Shoorveer' song in the film's climax. Singer Rapperiya Baalam had alleged that the song, created as a tribute to Maharana Pratap, was used without his permission to glorify villains in the film. The makers had earlier removed the song.
