A clip of a purported phone call between Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar and Punjab DSP Bikram Singh has surfaced, in which Brar threatened him for deploying informers against his gang. "For us, you or any other gangster or any dog, donkey or horse are the same. You'll get the same treatment if you don't mend your ways," Singh told him.
