The ambassadors of the QUAD nations, India, US, Australia and Japan, held a rare public meeting in Beijing on Tuesday. The meeting, held at the US Embassy in Beijing, was seen as a message to China, which is conducting military drills around Taiwan. Notably, QUAD was formed to counter China and to maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
