Sharjeel Imam gets interim bail to attend cousin's wedding

A Delhi court granted student activist Sharjeel Imam interim bail from October 4–10 to attend his cousin's wedding. Imam has been jailed for nearly six years under UAPA in the 2020 North-East Delhi riots conspiracy case. His regular bail plea, along with co-accused Umar Khalid's, was adjourned to September 30 by the Delhi High Court.
