BJP leader Radhika Khera, who recently quit Congress, reacted to Haryana Assembly election results, saying that Rahul Gandhi's first election as Leader of Opposition had led to his report card "being zero. "Till date no party has formed the government three times and today BJP's double-engine government is in power for the third time in Haryana," she said.
