7-yr-old specially-abled girl gets tricycle after emotional appeal to DM in UP

A seven-year-old specially-abled girl from Uttar Pradesh's Ballia was given a tricycle by the district administration after making a heartfelt appeal to the District Magistrate to help her reach school more easily. Ragini lost the use of one leg in a road accident when she was six months old. The administration has also directed authorities to arrange her medical treatment.
