Heavy rain lashes parts of Delhi-NCR, red alert issued

Heavy rain and thunderstorms lashed parts of Delhi-NCR on Monday, bringing relief from humid conditions. IMD has issued a red alert for heavy rain until 2:10 pm today in several districts of Delhi, while an orange alert has also been issued for some districts. Winds reaching 30-40 kmph are also expected in parts of Delhi, according to the IMD.
