Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has alleged that BJP is proposing to "eliminate the Constitution" and has weaponised agencies like ED and CBI. He alleged that the investigative agencies are targeting the opposition, while the BJP hit back at him. BJP spokesperson called Rahul's visit "Defame India" tour, adding, "Praise China, defame India, this is Rahul's identity."
