US-based Blackstone has raised $13.1 billion (₹1.25 lakh crore) for its largest-ever Asia private equity fund, the firm announced on Tuesday. Blackstone had been targeting $10 billion for the fund but said it had raised more than double than its last fund in 2021. Blackstone has invested over $7 billion in India and Japan over the last two years.
