US President Donald Trump has confirmed that he called Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu "f**king crazy" during a phone call. "If there wasn't me, there would be no Israel," Trump said. "I was a little bit perturbed at him, constantly fighting with Lebanon. You know, at some point I said, Bibi, we're going to stop this," Trump added.
