Congress MPs wake up & head to Parliament for sloganeering, feel bad for new MPs: Rijiju

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, after the end of Monsoon session, said he has seen the Opposition from shy away from discussion for the first time. He stated Congress MPs believe their primary job is to raise slogans and added he feels "sorry" for the new Congress MPs. "How can they learn if there are no debates or discussions?" Rijiju asked.
