An official from the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing software engineer Yuvraj Mehta's death in Noida has said it was "not a freak accident" and that he "could have been saved". Stating that "multiple systems failed simultaneously – road safety, drainage, disaster response and command control", the official added that he would be alive if "even one of these worked".
