France captain Kylian Mbappe scored twice, taking his tally of FIFA World Cup goals to 14, overtaking Pele, Lionel Messi and Just Fontaine into third on the all-time list. His double also made him France's all-time top goal-scorer with 58 international goals, surpassing Olivier Giroud.
