Thailand has reinstated the mandatory quarantine and scrapped the 'Test and Go' waiver for all foreign visitors, said a government spokeswoman. As per the new norms, the visitors will have to undergo a mandatory quarantine in a hotel for seven to ten days. This comes after Thailand reported its first case of local transmission of the Omicron variant.
