A Guwahati-based businessman has been arrested for celebrating his wife's birthday on a bridge over the Brahmaputra River with a red carpet and balloons. They were seen cutting the cake and clicking pictures in the presence of several people. Police detained multiple people, including the businessman's wife, and seized a Defender, a Mercedes-Benz car, a Scorpio, and a Honda City.
