Fenethylline, also called 'captagon' and 'jihadi drug', contains combination of amphetamine, caffeine, methamphetamine, and other synthetic stimulants. It is called 'jihadi drug' due to intelligence inputs linking its abuse and trafficking with extremist and conflict-zone networks operating in parts of West Asia. It was also used by terrorist groups like the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
