A US fighter jet has been shot down over Iran and a search-and-rescue operation is underway ​for any survivors, Reuters reported citing two US officials. Earlier, reports said Iran's forces had shot an F-35 fighter jet and a pilot had been captured. Iran's local media called on citizens to shoot the US pilot.
