The Delhi High Court denied pre-arrest bail to a woman, accused of pouring boiling water with chilli powder on her husband. "The hallmark of a fair and just justice delivery system is to remain gender-neutral," HC said when she sought relief. The woman allegedly locked him in the room to ensure he didn't get help along with their three-month-old daughter.
