Dr. Karan Rajan, a UK-based surgeon, shared six steps to help control cravings throughout the day. He advised people to include fibre and protein-rich diets which help increase satiety without causing sugar spike. He recommended sparkling water and coffee, suggesting they help control cravings. He also asked people to structure their meal timings and get uninterrupted sleep.
