SpiceJet settles ₹763-cr EDC dispute for ₹200 cr, shares jump 6%
SpiceJet on Thursday said it has fully settled a ₹763-crore dispute with Export Development Canada (EDC) for around ₹200 crore, making a significant saving of ₹574 crore. SpiceJet further said that it has gained ownership of 13 new aircraft. Notably, SpiceJet has called the agreement "one of the largest settlements" in its history.
