The Karnataka BJP has expelled its former state spokesperson MG Mahesh from the party after he criticised the state party leadership in an internal meeting for the mismanagement of MLC elections. "I am shocked that I have been expelled...for speaking in the interest of the party," Mahesh, who has been with the party for over four decades, said.
