Indian embassy in US has signed a $1.8-million (₹17 crore) contract with lobbying firm SHW Partners LLC to strengthen its outreach to Donald Trump-led administration, Hindustan Times reported. The firm, headed by Trump's ex-spokesperson Jason Miller, was first hired by India in April 2025. SHW provides strategic counsel, tactical planning, and government relations assistance on policy matters.
