Coforge loses director days after Chairman Bhatt's exit

Coforge's non-executive independent director, DK Singh, resigned on Thursday, citing "differences and tension" between independent and executive directors. The development comes days after OP Bhatt resigned as Chairman following concerns raised by an internal audit over firm's recent board evaluation process. Coforge said it will conduct an investors' call on September 14 to address their queries.
