What are the Premier League allegations against Manchester City?

Premier League (PL) said an independent Commission found Manchester City guilty of over 100 charges, including "sham" commercial deals to inflate their revenue and cut costs by over £900 million (₹11,000 crore) from 2009-10 to 2017-18. The club submitted inaccurate accounts to auditors and football regulators and breached PL and UEFA spending limits. They also tried to obstruct PL investigation.
