Union Minister JP Nadda listed the incidents of paper leaks in Opposition-ruled states and asked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi why he was being selective. Nadda said J&K SSB exam paper was leaked and there was a paper leak in the Himachal Pradesh School Examination Board. He said in Jharkhand, where JMM-Congress are in power, JAC question papers were leaked.
