Elon Musk has won a court battle in US over a 2018 Twitter post which union leaders called a threat to employee stock options. When workers were organising a strike at Tesla's plant in California, Musk had tweeted, "Why pay union dues and give up stock options for nothing?" The National Labor Relations Board had said it was illegal threat.
