Representatives of Ram Mandir trust and police officials on June 5 recovered ₹58 lakh from the house of Avinash Shukla, one of the eight accused in donation theft case, according to reports. The remaining amount was returned by accused through bank transfers between June 5 and 8, the reports added. Notably, SIT in the case was formed on June 13.
