Silver, which has already surpassed Apple and Alphabet in terms of market capitalisation, is inching towards overtaking NVIDIA to become the world’s second-most valued asset after gold. Currently, silver, with a $4.220 trillion market capitalisation, is just 8.1% behind NVIDIA at $4.592 trillion. "The way silver is moving, it is likely to be the second-most valuable asset," an analyst said.
