Govt fact-checks posts claiming authorities dumped garbage to disrupt protests, calls them fake

The central government has called social media posts claiming that authorities deliberately dumped garbage to disrupt protests led by CJP in Delhi "fake". The Press Information Bureau (PIB) said that the video is from Panipat, Haryana. It stated that the video dates back to August 2026 and is related to sanitation workers' strike over service demands.
