Logistics services provider Shadowfax has set a price band of ₹118-124 per share for its ₹1,907-crore IPO, set to open on January 20. Investors can invest in a minimum bid lot of 120 shares and in multiples of 120 thereof. The company, backed by Flipkart, Fidelity and TPG, is targeting a valuation of over ₹7,000 crore in the IPO.
