Traffic jam for nearly eight hours was witnessed in Uttarakhand's Gaurikund and nearby areas as large number of people arrived for Kedarnath Dham pilgrimage. The annual Char Dham Yatra commenced on May 10. Pictures on social media showed huge rush in the shrine. Uttarakhand DIG has written to states to not send any VIP till May 31 for the yatra.
