Mumbai Customs arrests Tamil Nadu woman with 955g hydroponic weed

The Air Intelligence Unit at Mumbai's CSMI Airport arrested 39-year-old Sudha Velmurugan from Tamil Nadu on October 27 after she arrived from Bangkok carrying 955 grams of hydroponic weed hidden in vacuum-sealed packets. She admitted involvement in smuggling for money and was arrested under the NDPS Act. Customs is now probing suppliers and recipients.
