Why do people not wish 'Happy Good Friday'?

Good Friday, being observed on April 3 this year, marks the day Jesus Christ was crucified and died and focuses on sacrifice, forgiveness and faith. The term "good" in "Good Friday" refers to the belief that Jesus Christ's death on the Cross washed away the sins of the world. Therefore, it's a sorrowful day that Christians consider important.
