Man who bragged about cracking skull of CJP protester's father arrested

Swatantra Bhardwaj, the man who bragged about cracking the skull of a 14-year-old CJP protester's father during the Jantar Mantar protest, has been arrested and remanded to one day of police custody. He was detained in UP's Bulandshahr on Friday after the CJP and the Opposition demanded action. Bhardwaj claimed he had evaded legal action due to his political connections.
