Chandigarh Police have arrested 38-year-old Monu Kumar for two rape and murder cases that happened 12 years apart. Kumar confessed to raping and killing two women, 22-year-old Neha Ahlawat who was found semi-naked in 2010 and a 40-year-old woman found naked in 2022. The doctor, responsible for both the cases, found similar circumstantial evidence, prompting police to seek DNA tests.
