US President Donald Trump's administration has begun paying out refunds for the $166 billion in global tariffs that were invalidated earlier this year by the US Supreme Court. Heavy-truck maker Oshkosh Corp and toy maker Basic Fun said they had received partial payments of the refunds. Authorities said refunds of $35.46 billion have been processed as of May 11.
