Row erupts over alleged 'shuddhikaran' of venue after Kharge's rally in U'khand, govt responds

A row has erupted after Congress alleged that a 'shuddhikaran' (purification) of Ramlila Ground in Uttarakhand's Haldwani was carried out after Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a rally at the venue. Kharge raised the matter in Rajya Sabha, after which Union Minister JP Nadda stated an investigation will be conducted. Nadda denied Kharge's claim that BJP was behind the incident.
